Your privacy is our concern. We've tried to minimize the amount of personal information we need to create and manage your Progressive Networks account. We want you to be aware of how this information is gathered and used. What information does Progressive Networks gather?

When you register for an account on Progressive Networks, we ask you to provide us with a user name, password, email address, name, and how you heard about us. In addition, Progressive Networks also collects other technical information such as your IP address and the date and time of your visit. This technical information does not directly identify you and is used solely to provide usage statistics of the services we provide.

Progressive Networks also collects information that you choose to provide when you make a post on one of our Support Forum Bulletin boards so that we can archive and display your posts. Please use caution - but don't be afraid - when posting material on any Progressive Networks Support Forum bulletin board as your posts become immediately available to the public and may be recorded and stored by anyone that can view them.

How we use the information

We understand that your personally identifiable information is private and confidential. Generally, we use your personally identifiable information to provide you with our services. For example, in order to verify your registration, we'll use the email address you supplied to send you a message after you register so that you can validate your account.

However, if you're following the Terms of Service, there is no chance you're doing anything illegal and it shouldn't be an issue, right?

Changing or deleting your account

Keep in mind that it's your responsibility to keep us updated if your information, such as an email address, changes. If we cannot contact you because the email address you provided us is invalid for example, your account could be terminated. Likewise, it's your right to delete your account with Progressive Networksat any time you see fit. If you ever decide that you'd like to terminate your account with Progressive Networks, we'll be obliged to delete all information pertaining to your account unless otherwise requested.
